We want you to be happy with your Keskin Gift order. If something is not right, contact us so we can help.
Damaged or defective items
If your set arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly personalized, or not as described, contact us promptly with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or return as appropriate and cover reasonable return postage for a confirmed problem.
Change of mind
Unpersonalized sets can be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
Personalized orders
You may change or cancel a personalised order until engraving begins. Once engraving has started, correctly personalised products cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
To start a return, email us with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return; your payment provider may take longer to show the funds. [email protected]
